Our Process

As you can visualize, building a house is a huge task. New construction uses inspectors, builders, contractors, designers, and a team of subcontractors. Your job throughout the process is to communicate with everybody involved. Don’t be afraid to ask questions or make your suggestions. After all, this is your home!

 

We are composed of:

• Residential Designer – They will work with you at the beginning of the process to design the home you want. They will have access to pre-designed blueprints, or they can make new just for you.

 

• Contractor – Our contractor will be your new best friend. They will supervise the project and ensures everything happens on time and is performed appropriately. They do complicated project management, so you don’t need to. They also handle subcontractors.

 

• Subcontractors – While Build Queenstown has a huge crew at our disposal, depending on the number of jobs we have or if you need the specialized job performed, subcontractors will be hired.

At the start and finish of your build, an inspector will be carried in to ensure everything is up to code. That way, you will not incur any penalties, and most essentially, you will be living in a safe home!
